Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must meet the stated eligibility requirements before a refund or exchange can be approved.
  • Refunds are issued only after eligible returned items have been received and inspected.

Product Variation

  • Natural materials may show variation in color, texture, and markings.
  • Images are intended to represent the product, but screen settings and natural variation may affect appearance.
  • Minor differences between pieces are part of the nature of handmade or naturally varied materials.
